The day after they hired Cito Gaston to replace fired manager John Gibbons, the Toronto Blue Jays recalled Adam Lind from the minor leagues. Both moves have worked out quite well for the Blue Jays. Lind had a career-high four hits, including a three-run homer, and light-hitting John McDonald had four RBIs to rally Toronto past the Baltimore Orioles 10-8 on Tuesday night.
